We provide an on-site technician to work with your IT department to resolve connectivity or equipment issues including hardware replacements, configuration updates,  & T1 / DSL / Cellular support. We also perform vendor meetings with techs of your Local Service Provider.

End to end data and voice wiring, troubleshooting, certified testing, and repairs.

 

Installation and termination of Cat5E, Cat6, and other wiring types properly and where you specify, then test and label on each end.

 

Wiring installation, repairs and moves on your POTS (plain old telephone service) lines prior to or after your local service provider has connected the service to your demarcation point.

 

We can also provide other telecom related services including quality / safety inspections of outside plant and telco equipment rooms. 

 

Many local service providers do not perform certain telecom functions on the customer side of the demarc. We will arrive at your convenience to perform the work.
